Terracon Legal Advises AEGIS Capital on Acquisition of Australia Place, 14 Mort Street
Terracon Legal has advised its valued client the AEGIS Capital on the acquisition of Australia Place, 14 Mort Street, Canberra City, which settled on 29 October 2026.
The transaction marks the third successful completion for AEGIS in the space of 15 months, with the three acquisitions together representing more than $100 million in local ACT property.
Terracon Legal acted on each.
