Will is our third home-grown lawyer at Terracon Legal and an Associate in the firm’s commercial practice.

Will plays a pivotal role in the commercial team, providing strategic guidance on complex transactions, leading negotiations, and overseeing the preparation and review of commercial contracts and lease documentation.

His practice includes advising clients on commercial property sales and acquisitions, leasing transactions of all sizes, business sales and acquisitions, and construction and development projects.
