Michelle’s expertise as an estate planning, deceased estates, and estate disputes lawyer is vast. Michelle has almost exclusively worked in these fields since commencing employment in law in 2000. She was admitted to practice in 2011 and joined Terracon Legal in 2022.

Michelle has had experience dealing with both private and professional executors, standard wills, testamentary trust wills, complex estate planning matters including trusts and complex company structures, blended families, Enduring Guardians, and Powers of Attorney for personal matters and companies.
